Shipping Policy

Once the payment is formalized the customer will receive the order within 5 to 10 working days. Please note that shipments outside the Peninsula are subject to payment of duties and taxes, as well as local customs, therefore the shipment may take more days.

The customer will have 48 hours to verify that the order is correct. After these 48 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or flaws in the shipment.

Return and exchange policy

The right to change the article of the purchase may be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the same, being the customer responsible for the cost of sending it to the address Calle Alfahuir No. 19, Valencia CP. (46019).

The customer must send an email to info@mowai.es indicating the change. The date of shipment will be notified and must meet the following characteristics: sealed package and in perfect condition. We will not accept exchanges of products that have been manipulated, used, etc.

Once received, the purchasing department will verify that it is ok, proceeding to refund the amount once verified the perfect condition of the product.

In no case will be accepted changes that do not conform to the procedure indicated and the rules set by the company. Used, manipulated, cut or broken products will not be accepted simply to be able to make a change and less without the labeling of the brand.
